Ensuring search engine visibility for T-Mobile

The telecom market is highly competitive and ever changing. As well as regular products (e.g., sim-only subscriptions, and internet and TV subscriptions), the market explodes during the annual iPhone and Samsung product launches. That’s why being at the top of the search engine results makes a huge difference to a company’s bottom line

A decade ago, T-Mobile asked us to help them be as visible as possible in the search results for their offering – especially during the crucial product launches.

Our long partnership with T-Mobile started with us getting to know the people within the company, their stakeholders, and their products. As SEO (search engine optimisation) touches many parts of the organisation, we wanted to ensure that all stakeholders thought about us whenever they were doing or planning anything that could impact SEO. That’s why we continue to make sure the Springbok team stays visible internally at T-Mobile.

Our projects at T-Mobile include:

  • SEO strategy
    Every year we produce a detailed planning based on the brand’s SEO goals and ambitions. This includes the huge peaks of millions of searches when the new iPhone and Samsung models are launched. Our efforts include creating a great website structure, the best content, and authority so T-Mobile is the best ranking provider.
  • Technical innovation
    It’s also important to be one step ahead of the competition on a technical level. By working together with T-Mobile’s development team, we constantly optimise the performance of their website so it is ready for the newest SEO requirements.
  • AR collaboration
    Our efforts go beyond SEO. For example, in 2023 we created a highly innovative AR (augmented reality) project in collaboration with Samsung. This gave consumers the chance to see the newest Samsung in AR and discover the new phones’ amazing specifications.

Our efforts have paid off. As well as being an authority in the Dutch telecom market, T-Mobile has been ranked in the top 5 of their most important always-on products on search engines for the past few years. And, for the most important product launches, T-Mobile has been ranked top. This is all thanks to our detailed planning, trusted way of working, and very close collaboration with the internal T-Mobile team.
