Empowering Daikin with a seamless CMS migration for scalable growth

Executive summary

Daikin Europe shifted its focus from a B2B2C model to a direct-to-consumer (B2C) approach. This strategic pivot included launching new B2C websites for both Daikin Europe and its approximately 20 affiliates. Springbok was asked to facilitate the migration of the B2C content from the existing B2B websites to these new customer-centric platforms. 

Results

The CMS migration equipped Daikin with scalable, multilingual websites across 20 European markets. This has:

  • enabled direct connections with end users
