To continue delivering on this promise, Beko needed to adapt their strategy to connect with a new generation of consumers. With our knowledge of the latest tools and platforms, our experts helped Arcelik with:

Beko’s innovative domestic appliances and consumer electronics helped solidify its reputation as a disrupter in Europe. But to maintain their status as an industry leader, Beko and Grundig needed a way to stay top of mind with consumers, connect with them on a deeper level and show the value of their products on a daily basis.
We sought to provide a roadmap for the Beko social media channels, and our first project was to improve the Beko Belgian and Dutch Facebook pages. With a brand-new strategy and content plan, we got to work developing posts connecting Beko to topics like families and healthy eating. By using the latest Facebook features and a solid social campaign strategy, we dramatically increased the engagement and followers for both of the pages. More importantly, we successfully transformed two of the smallest markets Europe into the most impactful social media pages in the industry.
Our social campaigns gave Beko the largest fan base in its industry both in Belgium and in the Netherlands. In less than three years, the Belgian Facebook page increased its page likes fivefold, while the Dutch Facebook page accrued over 30K page likes.
