B Corp agency Make Sense joins Springbok

- Mechelen

Make Sense, strategic communication agency for sustainable brands and B Corp certified, has become part of Springbok and is joining us in our mission. With our combined powers, we will pack an even bigger punch when helping brands with the transition to more sustainable growth.

Originally from Ghent, the agency has specialised in CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and impact for years, helping organisations move forward ecologically, socially responsibly, inclusively—in one word: sustainably. As an agency, Make Sense identifies the added value to society and translates this into strategic communication advice, creative concepts, and appealing messages. Make Sense is also one of the few agencies in Europe with a B Corp certification, which means that they work towards a more inclusive and sustainable economy, verified to the highest standards.

We are a perfect match, because we both believe that brands have the power to positively shape their business and society. As the brandtech agency for a sustainable future, we are active at the junction between purpose, data, and creativity. Starting from the brand and the mission, we enter a strategic partnership with brands that want to elevate all their digital activities. With Make Sense on the team, there is even more expertise in CSR and SDGs to firmly plant sustainability into the hearts of brands.

Dimitri Barbe, founder of Make Sense: “Realising more positive impact, that’s the mission of Make Sense. Springbok gives us a big boost. Their expertise in the areas of tech and branding are a wonderful addition to our specialisms. Together, we can achieve even more for future-focused brands in response to social needs and changes. We’re looking forward to having our expertise rolled out even further internationally.”

According to Sammy Colson, Springbok CEO, Ghent is the hotspot in Belgium when it comes to creativity and technology. “That makes it the perfect place to attract both new talent and clients. We’re tremendously pleased that the Make Sense team is joining us. They’re a European frontrunner in sustainable communication and already B Corp certified—a label that we at Springbok are also working on acquiring.”

Kim Verhaegen, founder and CEO of Springbok adds: “We found each other through our shared values and purpose. That’s crucial to us. With Springbok, we’re writing an ambitious new story where branding, creativity and technology come together to help transform international brands. With the addition of Make Sense, we’re well-equipped to conquer the most important challenge: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).”
