As an organiser, promoter and producer, Music Hall is a premier cultural institution that showcases several big-name musicals, concerts and theatre shows, such as Evita and Peter Pan, and classics including Chaplin and Romeo & Juliet. Our mission was to take the traditional theatre-going experience and bring it to the digital world.

Music Hall is the go-to destination to enjoy musicals and theatre performances for people living in Belgium and the Netherlands. Our campaigns not only needed to resonate with Music Hall’s loyal fan base, but also tap into new audiences.

We engineered an ecosystem of different digital touchpoints to reinforce and support the Music Hall experience. Using Music Hall’s customer database, we built lookalike audiences based on shared musical interests and geographical characteristics. By micro-segmenting these audiences, our data-driven approach helped us increase engagement on social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and boost online ticket sales for a number of shows.


We connected with music lovers and theatre fans to expand Music Hall’s fan base.
